My Personal story:
when I was just 20 years old I had diagnosed with vitamin b-12 deficiency just because I had to take NSAIDs (non-steroid anti inflammatary drugs), pain killer, for 5 days for accidentally disc herniation case. later on, I started experiencing tingling and numbness in my hands and feet. Then the doctor suggested me check for a vitamin B-12 TEST. So, the Journey of suffering from vitamin B-12 had begun.
I have taken vitamin B-12 medicines for months and later on medicines have also stopped working. then, the injection comes to the light & I took it for almost three months. as a normal human being, I thought finishing a three-month course will remove B-12 deficiency from my body but I was wrong. It came back & now doctors suggested I need to take an injection every month. can you imagine? A 22-year-old girl will have to take injections every month.
I asked doctors how long I have to take these injections & they said I will have to take these injections for a lifetime just like diabetic patients take insulin every day.
